Treasure Rewards Club (“TR Club”, “we”, “us”) offers entertainment-only gameplay using TR Fun Play Coins. TR Fun Play Coins have no cash value and are not redeemable for money or prizes. From time to time, TR Club may award complimentary promotional entries called “Fish Chips.” Fish Chips are sweepstakes entries redeemable only at GoFish.Today, a separate promotions platform. Eligibility

• You must be the age of majority where you live and located in a permitted jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for knowing whether use of this site is lawful where you are.

Accounts & Access

• One account per person. Your account name must match your legal name and the name on your payment method.
• Your account is personal; do not sell or transfer TR Fun Play Coins or Fish Chips.
• We may limit, suspend, or close accounts for violations, fraud/chargebacks, or required compliance checks.

Fun Play Only

Purchases on this site are strictly for entertainment. TR Fun Play Coins are not prizes, not money, and not convertible to cash. Sweepstakes play and prize redemption occur only at GoFish.Today, subject to GoFish’s Official Rules.

Refunds & Replacement Policy (Physical/Digital)

Policy window: 30 days from purchase for eligible physical products. Digital items (including downloadable software/digital games/TR Fun Play Coins) are non-returnable once accessed or used.

Returns (physical items)

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days with proof of purchase. Do not send items to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted for opened/used items, non-original condition, missing parts not due to our error, or returns received after 30 days.

Refunds

Once your physical return is received and inspected, we’ll email an approval/denial. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5 business days. If delayed, please check with your bank/issuer; then contact us at admin@treasurerewards.club.

Exchanges

We replace defective/damaged physical items. Email admin@treasurerewards.club.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we can issue a gift credit upon return. Otherwise, refunds go to the original purchaser.

Shipping returns

Mail returns to the address provided in our RMA email. You’re responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund. Consider trackable/insured shipping and retain tracking until your refund is received.
